Snowstorm Feb 6, 2010

For once the weather forecasters were right. We ended up with a wallop of a snowstorm--22 inches! Jack spent the day shoveling and clearing a spot for the pups to get outside, Anna dug her car out, and I made the beef noodle soup (see yesterday's post). The driveway is clear, the dogs are good to go, Anna's car is ready for church tomorrow, and the soup was a huge hit.

Here are some photos of the storm:

Anna's car before she cleaned it off. Somewhere under that snow is her ride to church tomorrow.

A shot of our street and house.

The A-frame does double duty. In the winter it's shelter for the dogs so they have a place to potty. I tried to clean it off, but couldn't get to all of it.

Cosi poses next to the A-frame. It's as close to a 2-on, 2-off contact performance as we could get today.

Sorry I missed being there for this latest snowstorm. I was thinking of all of you. The A-frame is a great idea for shelter for the dogs.
